This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the Impugned Order dated 03.08.2021 passed by Respondent Authority - Delhi Development Authority, whereby the Petitioner's mutation and the earlier mutations in favour of her predecessors have been cancelled, b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, commanding the Respondent Authority - Delhi Development Authority to continue to recognise the Petitioner as the lawful owner of property bearing No. BF-27, Tagore Garden, New Delhi, on the basis of the registered Conveyance Deed dated 19.05.1998 and the validly issued mutation in her favour;

c) Declare that the registered Conveyance Deed dated 19.05.1998 executed by the Respondent Authority - Delhi Development Authority in favour of the Petitioner's predecessor continues to subsist in full force and W.P.(C) 19706/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. effect, and cannot be nullified or overridden by administrative action; d) Direct the Respondent Authority - Delhi Development Authority to restore all entries, records, and revenue documents reflecting the Petitioner as the lawful owner of the property." 2.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for DDA points out that material facts have been concealed by the Petitioner in this writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with complete particulars and facts.

Writ petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
