% 17.04.2018 The opportunity of the petitioner to lead evidence through attorney (her husband) was closed by order dated 01.03.2018. It is the case of the petitioner that she required urgent medical attention on 01.03.2018 on which account her husband (attorney PW1) was constrained to be with her to arrange such medical care which is the reason why he could not appear as a witness before the trial Court and further that such facts can be substantiated by documentary proof. At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the trial court by way of review petition.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti.
