LPAs No.224/2016 & 227/2016 Having regard to the fact that the Review Applications have been disposed of on 01.04.2016 by the Respondent No.1, Shri Arvind Datar, the learned senior counsel appearing for the Appellants seeks permission to

withdraw the appeals with liberty to challenge the order in the Review Applications by working out the appropriate remedy available under law and without prejudice to the right of the Appellants to raise the objection regarding the jurisdiction of the Respondent No.1 to deal with the Review Applications.

Accordingly, granting leave and liberty, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
