% 19.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondent states that in view of the proposed withdrawal of the present petition, another petition filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is not maintainable. The said objection of the respondent will be considered at the time of hearing of that Section 11 petition. As far as the present petition is concerned, as prayed, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
