In view of order dated 03.12.2025 passed by the Court in W.P.(C) No.18249/2025, we find it appropriate to observe that the petitioner may seek intervention in the proceedings of W.P.(C) No.13029/1985 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. At this juncture, the petitioner who appears in person, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.

Accordingly, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn which stands disposed of accordingly.
