% 08.08.2018 The petitioner seeks quashing of the proceedings arising out of FIR no.517/2015 of police station IGI Airport involving offences under Section 25 of the Arms Act, the gravamen of the accusations leading to the said charge being that the petitioner was found in possession of live bullet of a .32 caliber pistol while going to Dhaka from Delhi by air.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the case is at the stage of arguments of charge.

If that be so, it would be proper that the contentions raised here in petition under Section 482 Cr. PC are first submitted before the trial court for its consideration.

With these observations, the petition and the application are disposed of.
