The present petition raises a grievance with regard to a notice dated 19.12.2025 issued by the Sub-Registrar VI-E (Libaspur), Delhi. The same reads as under:

The petitioner confines himself to seeking enlargement of the period of three days stipulated in the aforesaid communication, in view of the ensuing winter vacations of this Court, to enable the petitioner to file a civil suit seeking appropriate relief/s.

Learned counsel for the Sub-Registrar, who appears on advance notice, submits that a corrigendum shall be issued extending the said period of three days by a further period of two weeks. The said statement is taken on record.

It is made clear that the extension of the time period, as aforesaid, shall not be construed as an expression of opinion for the purpose of any civil action that may be initiated by the petitioner. 5.
The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition; the same is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
