The present writ petition has been filed seeking a relief that the installation of the lift in the Dhruva Apartments ought to be in terms of the W.P.(C) 19796/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. permission granted by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"). 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the construction for installation of the lift is being done in violation of the permission and the sanction plan passed by the MCD. 3.

Status report has been handed over in Court on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD and the same is taken on record. 4.

In terms of the status report, the site was inspected on 23rd December, 2025 and 4th February, 2026 and it was noted that construction work is being carried out including demolition work, which is in deviation of the NOC issued by the respondent no.1/MCD.

Counsel for the private respondents submit that respondent no.1/MCD has failed to point out the deviations.

In view thereof, it is directed that the respondent no.1/MCD shall issue a Show Cause Notice to the respondents no.2 and 4 to 11, pointing out the deviations.

It is submitted on behalf of private respondents that they shall take remedial action in respect of the deviations so pointed out by the respondent no.1/MCD.

Accordingly, the writ petition along with the pending applications is disposed in the above terms.

9.

Needless to state, the respondent no.1/MCD shall be free to take action in accordance with law.
