It is the grievance made by the petitioner that, with respect to the similarly situated property the document has been registered. 3.
The Court, without commenting anything on the merits or otherwise, deems it appropriate to direct the sub-registrar to extend an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a speaking order. 4.
Let the petitioner approach the sub-registrar within seven days from today along with a copy of this order passed today. 5.
On petitioner's approaching, let the sub-registrar to pass a speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
