Learned counsel for Plaintiff to place on record the entire pleadings and documents of the suit filed by the Plaintiff in the Karkardooma Court being CS No.537/2014. Learned counsel for the Plaintiff to also file reply to the application under Order I Rule 10 CPC, which would elaborate as to in what manner the Defendants are liable in the present suit. Upon filing of the documents and pleadings, as directed above, the application for the restoration of the suit shall be considered. Rejoinder be filed after deleting the name of the POCSO victim.
