The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a.
issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order/direction, directing Respondent No.1 to ensure that no coercive action, harassment, or illegal dispossession is carried out against the Petitioner in respect of property bearing Flat No. 303, Third Floor, Khasra No. 256, R-253, Galaxy Apartment, Gali No. 5, Jogabai Extension, Jamia The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Nagar, New Delhi-110025;
b.
issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order/direction, declaring detention of the Petitioner and her husband to be illegal;
c.
issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order/direction, directing Respondent No.1 to de-seal property bearing Flat No. 303, Third Floor, Khasra No. 256, R-253, Galaxy Apartment, Gali No. 5, Jogabai Extension, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025;
d.
direct immediate return of the Petitioner's seized original property documents unlawfully taken by Respondent No.1 on 10.11.2025;
e.
direct immediate preservation of CCTV footage at PSJamia Nagar from 08.10.2025 to 22.12.2025; f.
issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order/direction, directing Respondent No.1 to pay damages to Petitioner for blatant violation of her and her husband's liberty;
g.
issue a writ or order directing initiation of inquiry into and disciplinary action against erring officers of Police StationJamia Nagar responsible for overreach, collusion, and abuse of authority."

Ms. Aastha Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that she along with her husband have been arrested by the police illegally and their property at Flat No.303, Third Floor, Khasra No.256, R-253, Galaxy Apartment, Gali No.5, Jogabai Extension, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi110025 has been illegally sealed by the police. 5.
In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1/State.

submits that the petitioner and her husband have been arrested in connection with FIR No.482/25 registered under Sections 318(4)/338/329(4)/333/305/3(5) BNS, 2023.

He submits that at the time of arrest, the sisters of petitioner namely, Zeba and Sania were intimated about the arrest of petitioner in connection with the aforesaid FIR.

He further contends that insofar as the sealing of property is concerned, the same was sealed only to protect the possession of property for the time being. However, later on the property was de-sealed and possession thereof has been handed over to the sister of the petitioner namely, Zeba.

The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement, Ms. Gupta submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition. 12.
The petition is disposed of.
