O R D E R

% 17.04.2026 Pursuant to order dated 10.04.2026, the State has filed Status Report dated 13.04.2026 verifying the factum of marriage of the petitioner's second daughter on 21.04.2024 in his native place in Kishanpur, Supaul District, Bihar.

The status report records that the factum of the petitioner's daughter's marriage has been corroborated, as also the veracity of the invitation card annexed to CRL.M.A. No.11008/2026.

Ms. Gayatri Nandwani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner's presence, as the father, is required on the occasion. 4.

petition thereby granting to the petitioner - Pawan Kumar Paswan s/o Jagdish Paswan - parole for a period of 02 weeks subject to the following conditions:

4.1.

The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) with 01 surety in the like amount from a family member, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent;

4.2.

The petitioner shall not leave Kishanpur, Supaul District, Bihar without prior permission of this court and shall ordinarily reside at the address as per prison records/as mentioned in the petition, except for travelling to and from prison in Delhi; 4.3.

The petitioner shall present himself before the S.H.O., P.S.: Kishanpur, Supaul District, Bihar every Wednesday between 11 am and 11:30 am to mark his presence. However, he will not be kept waiting longer than an hour for this purpose; 4.4.

The petitioner shall furnish to the S.H.O., P.S.: Patel Nagar, New Delhi a cellphone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times;

4.5.

If the petitioner has a passport, he shall surrender the same to the the Jail Superintendent;

4.6.

The petitioner shall not indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in pending cases, if any;

4.7.

Upon expiry of the period of parole, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.
