The Petitioner is a life convict in FIR No. 81/2010, registered at P.S. Sadar Bazar, Delhi, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

The Petitioner's request for parole, submitted before Respondent No.1 on 22nd November, 2025, is stated to be pending consideration. In these circumstances, the present petition has been filed. 3.

Without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to decide the Petitioner's aforesaid representation expeditiously and, in any event, within a period of twenty

(20) days from today.
