This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's son. 5.

The missing boy has been traced and is presently appearing in person before us.
