By way of the present application, the Petitioner seeks compliance of the judgment dated 17th February, 2026. Ms. Kamakshi Sehgal, counsel for Union of India, places on record an Office Memorandum dated 6th April, 2026 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, whereby steps have been initiated to implement the decision of this Court for the Petitioner's premature release. It is indicated therein that the Ministry of External Affairs has been requested to inform the Bangladesh authorities regarding implementation of the said decision, particularly in terms of Article 7 of Transfer of Sentenced Persons Agreement.
