Petitioner seeks quashing of order no. F.18/323/2014/HG/PRISONS/ 3900-03 dated 19.12.2025 and seeks grant of parole for a period of 60 days in case FIR No. 979/2006 of PS Uttam Nagar for offence under Section 302/34 IPC.

The parole was rejected on the ground that the requisite period of six months after exhaustion of previous parole had not taken place and also for the reason that the medical ground on which parole was sought had ceased to exist.

Now that more than six months have passed after the completion of last parole, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may file fresh application before the competent authority for grant of parole for maintenance of social ties.
