% 30.09.2016 CS(OS) 2260/2014 Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 21.09.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) as the same was received back vide order dated 06.09.2016 of Sh. G. N. Pandey, learned ADJ-02, North East, Karkardooma, Delhi, who was of the opinion that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in North East District but rather lies in Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

Accordingly the ministerial order dated 31.03.2016 for transfer of the present matter to North East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi, is modified.

As per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter now stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 03.11.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
