% 03.10.2018 Registry is directed to place the Amended Memo of Parties of 13th November, 2014 along with Memo of Parties in Vol. I of the file. Impugned order of 26th June, 2009 cancels the allotment made to petitioners herein in respect of subject land. Learned counsel for petitioners, respondents No.6 & 7 as also senior counsel for respondents No. 8 to 10 submit that the impugned order of 26th June, 2009 be set aside and the matter be remanded back to the Financial Commissioner to decide the revision petition on merits in Page | 1

accordance with law. There is 'no objection' to it by counsel for first respondent.

In view of aforesaid, impugned order of 26th June, 2009 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Financial Commissioner, Delhi for deciding the revision petition in accordance with law. Such a course is being adopted, as counsel for petitioners, respondents No.6 & 7 and learned senior counsel for respondents No.8 to 10, do not dispute the allotment of Plot No.106/382 (2-2) situated at extended Lal Dora in Village Khera Kalan, Delhi, to first respondent. With aforesaid observations, this petition and application are disposed of.
