Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement on 20.12.2024. He further states that out of the three instalments in terms of the aforesaid settlement, the first two have already been paid and the third instalment to the tune of Rs.1.25 crores, will be paid by the petitioner on or before 31.03.2025. 2.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is accordingly disposed of accordingly along with the pending applications.
