The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order/s dated 11.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Commercial Courts-03, South-West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in EX. COMM No. 133/2025. The aforesaid execution proceedings were initiated in the context of an Arbitral Award dated 10.03.2025. 4.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the total decretal amount payable by the petitioner to the respondent in terms of the said Arbitral Award, is to the tune of Rs.88,00,000/-. 5.

It is submitted that a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter "A&C Act") filed by the petitioner bearing OMP (COMM.) No. 107/2025 titled as "Ravi Ranjan Vs. Trustline Securities Limited" against the said Award, is pending adjudication. However, in the meantime, the impugned orders have been passed in the execution proceedings, in terms of which, the directions have been issued by the Executing Court in respect of the bank accounts and the demat accounts of the petitioner.

After some hearing, it is agreed that subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.45,00,000/- in the Executing Court, execution proceedings shall be deferred to await the outcome of the petition under Section 34 of the A&C Act filed by the petitioner. It is directed, accordingly. 7.

It is assured and undertaken by the petitioner that the said deposit of Rs.45,00,000/- shall be made within a period of 4 weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record.

The concerned Court, seized of the petition under Section 34 of the A&C Act viz. learned District Judge, Commercial Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, is requested to take up the said petition on priority and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 9.

It is made clear that all the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the proceedings under Section 34 of the A&C Act, are reserved and kept open for consideration by the said Court. The observations of the Executing Court shall not come in the way of the said Court in deciding the matter independently, on its own merits.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
