The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, on the premise that the Respondent authorities have unauthorisedly and without following the due process, accessed the Petitioner inside the jail premises and pursuant to such forcible and unauthorised access, coerced the Petitioner herein to sign certain papers.

been obtained through coercion, is void ab initio and stands vitiated. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has handed over across the bar an Order dated 03.11.2025 and which clearly shows that the Petitioner's averment that the concerned authorities have obtained unauthorised access to the Petitioner inside the judicial custody, which is the foundational premise of the present petition, is clearly incorrect. 4.

In view of the same, this Court does not find any merit in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition along with all pending application(s), if any, is dismissed.
