O R D E R

% 27.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement Deed dated 7th September, 2015, therefore, FIR No. 368/2007 under Sections 448/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Jaiveer Singh of police station Khajuri Khas. He submits that petitioner no.1 was his landlord. A quarrel took place between them which had led to the registration of the present FIR. He has now settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or

coercion, thus, is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case as noted above, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 368/2007 under Sections 448/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of.
