Mr. P.K. Rawal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that in compliance of the said judgment the petitioner has filed Affidavit/Undertaking dated 08.03.2025 and that a copy of the said affidavit has been supplied to the opposing counsel.

Mr. Absar Ahmad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, expresses no objections qua the aforementioned affidavit. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be done in the present case.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of holding the petitioner bound by the terms of the affidavit of undertaking dated 08.03.2025.
