The petitioner no.1 in the present petition is setting up a 200 MW Solar Power Project at Tehsil and District Bikaner, Rajasthan. 2.

The present petition raises a grievance with respect to notice dated 11th December, 2025 issued by the respondent no.l/ Central Transmission Utility of India Limited ('CTUIL'), whereby the said respondent has threatened to revoke 200 MW connectivity granted to the petitioner no.l for its Solar Power Project.

The petition came up for hearing before the Vacation Bench on 31st December, 2025, on which date it was directed that till the next date of W.P.(C) 19837/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. hearing before CERC, no precipitative steps shall be taken by the respondent no.1 pursuant to the impugned notice dated 11th December, 2025. 4.

It is stated that the interim application filed by the petitioner is listed before the CERC on 8th January, 2026.

Accordingly, it is directed that status quo shall be maintained and no precipitative steps or action shall be taken by the respondent no.1 pursuant to the impugned notice dated 11th December, 2025. 6.

It is clarified that the present status quo order is being passed for a limited period till the matter is taken up for hearing and considered by CERC.

It shall be open for CERC to consider whether or not continuation of the aforesaid interim direction is warranted or not, considering the facts and circumstances of the case.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
