The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus for the production of one Ms Shivani, in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents.

The brief facts, as stated in the Petition, are that the Petitioner herein married Ms Shivani on 06.12.2025. Ms Shivani is stated to be a major, her date of birth being November 2006. It is further stated that on the same day as that of the solemnization of marriage between the parties, the family members of Ms Shivani, namely Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, took her away on the pretext of solemnising the marriage as per the ceremonies, and she has The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. not returned thereafter.

Today, the ld.Counsel appearing on behalf of the GNCTD submits that Ms Shivani has been produced before this Court, and that she is a major. Her mother and brother are also present in the Court. Further, Ms Shivani has submitted before this Court that she has married the Petitioner, Mr Vicky, out of her own volition and without any pressure or coercion, and that she is willing to reside with the Petitioner, Mr Vicky. 4.

The Petitioner has also stated that he is 24 years old and is working as a carpenter in Narela, Delhi.

Considering the fact that Ms Shivani wants to live with her husband, the Petitioner, Mr Vicky, and the Petitioner as well is interested in living with Ms Shivani, the Petition is thereby allowed, and Ms Shivani is allowed to go with the Petitioner from the Court itself. 6.

The Petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.
