In view of the statement of the eye witness recorded by the learned Magistrate under Section 183 BNSS, which forms part of the status report as well as chargesheet, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of testimony of the alleged eye witness Faheem. 4.

As requested, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
