By way of the present petition, the petitioner has approached this Court claiming that Urgency Application filed vide DY No. 1208 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 in Appeal No. 60/2022 is pending since July 2025, before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, 'DRAT') for urgent hearing of the above The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. mentioned appeal. It is further informed that in the meanwhile, Chairman, DRAT, has also changed. It is, therefore, prayed the DRAT be directed to hear and decide the Urgent Application. 5.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, we hope and trust that the DRAT shall consider the Urgency Application of the petitioner on merit and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 6.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
