mentioned appeal. It is further informed that in the meanwhile, Chairman, DRAT, has also changed. It is, therefore, prayed the DRAT be directed to hear and decide the Urgent Application. 5.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, we hope and trust that the DRAT shall consider the Urgency Application of the petitioner on merit and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 6.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
