The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking supervisory interference for setting aside the order dated 18th November, 2025 passed by the learned District Judge-02 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Civ. DJ No. 459/2023, whereby the application filed by the petitioners under Order XIV Rule 5 Civil Procedure Code for framing of an additional issue was dismissed. 3.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.
