Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1/MCD submits that there is a mismatch between the photographs filed with the petition as well as the complaints which are annexed with the petition. He submits that the complaints refer to property no. E-112, Shaheen Bagh, Okhla, whereas the photographs are in respect of House No. E-192. 2.
Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 on advance notice submits that respondent no.3 is the owner and occupier of property No.E192 and not E-112. 3.
