The petitioner wife has assailed order dated 05.12.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby her request for adjudication of her application under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act was declined, holding that the said application would be decided along with application under Section 31 of the Act filed by petitioner wife. 2.
Learned counsel for respondents, appearing on advance intimation, accepts notice and submits that the respondents have not been supplied paper book and that today, the respondents are held up in performing last rites of their mother who passed away yesterday. 3.
After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner present in the courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
