The present Application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking condonation of delay in filing the present Appeal. 4.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant confines her prayer for issuing a direction to the Appellate Authority to expedite the proceedings of the Appeal and conclude the same within one month from the date of the Appeal was preferred pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. It has been informed that the Appeal has been filed on 22.12.2025.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2, however, states that the Appellate Authority may be granted time till 15.02.2026 for the conclusion of the proceedings.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this Appeal with a direction to the Appellate Authority to conclude the proceedings of the Appeal preferred by the Appellant, by 22.01.2026. 11.
