% 05.01.2026 CRL.M.A. 77/2026 (condonation of 37 days' delay in filing) By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with section 5 of the Limitation Act 1963, the applicant/petitioner seeks condonation of about 37 days' delay in filing the present revision petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by affidavit, the delay is condoned.
