By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of parole for a period of four weeks on the ground of searching suitable match for his daughter's marriage.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant has already surrendered before the competent authority and accordingly, the application has become infructuous. 4.
Considering the fact that the applicant has already surrendered before the competent authority and is serving his sentence in Central Jail No. 14, Mandoli, Delhi-110093, the present application i.e., CRL.M.A. 11863/2026 stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
