We have interacted with her. She states that she does not wish to go with the petitioner but stay with her own parents. The parents of Ms. Nirma Meena are present in Court and are willing to take her back. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedies as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
