The petitioner, vide the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeks issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant custody parole for a period of six hours enabling him to visit his ailing father who is admitted in Nehru Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court in accordance with law as and when required. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
