The present Petition under Section 14 read with Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed by the Petitioner seeking termination of the mandate of the Arbitrator and appointment of a substitute Arbitrator.

This Court vide Order dated 24.11.2025 in Arbitration Petition bearing ARB P No. 1713 of 2025 appointed the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties arising out of the Loan cum Guarantee Agreement dated 20.09.2024.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents appears on notice and states that the Respondents are ad idem with the contention that the learned Sole Arbitrator does not possess the requisite qualifications in terms of Clause 13 of the Agreement.

Resultantly, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands terminated. 5.
