The petitioner, who appears in person, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, with the following prayers: "I. issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, directing the respondents herein to provide all his granted remedy available under law as mentioned in the facts of list no. 1(f), which need to be understood along with the judicial notice of laws/laws in forces/facts available in list no. 1(b), as per Supreme Court grant order of date 12.12.2025 without any constitutional violations. II. Kindly grant the certificate of appeal in the Supreme Court for the current matter to the petitioner without violating/restraining his rights of article 19(1)(a),21,14,13(3)(a),13(3)(b).

IV. issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, directing the respondents herein to kindly maintain section 352 of Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita 2023 act here as mentioned in sub-clause/list 1(d) of the current petition. Kindly do not violate/restrain here the rights of the petitioner which includes article 19(1)(a),21,14,13(3)(a),13(3)(b).

V. issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, directing the Delhi Police, Laxmi Nagar, East District to kindly register my valid F.I.R. denied by F.I.R. in-charge on 17.12.2025, 5:30 PM as per the facts available in list no. 1(e) related to some breaching of contract (cognizable offence) by my last employer, Otherwise it is violation of article 13(3)(a), 13(3)(b), 14, 19(1)(a), 21. VI. Copy all of the orders of the current petition and last order of the Supreme Court writ petition (Crl.) No. 000504 of 2025 to all of the respondents available in the cause title of the current petition. VII. Pass any other or further orders, as this Hon'b1e Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case." 2.

Although the reliefs, as extracted above, are incomprehensible, the petitioner states that he has two distinct grievances: A. He seeks registration of an FIR against his former employer - Autoone Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Pune - in respect of certain allegations with regard to forgery, cheating, breach of trust, and reputational harm.

B. The petitioner claims to have purchased court fees of Rs.1,000/ on 30.08.2022, which remains unused. He has made an application dated 09.12.2022 to the Office of SDM, East, Shastri Nagar, for refund of the said amount. He claims that no response has been received to his application.

before the Magistrate's Court under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He is at liberty to seek appropriate orders from the jurisdictional Magistrate. This Court has not been called upon, at this stage, to make any comment in this regard, including with respect to the issue of jurisdiction, whether before the Magistrate in Pune or in Delhi.

As far as the refund of the court fees is concerned, the Office of the SDM, Shastri Nagar, is directed to respond to the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2022 within a period of eight weeks from today. If the refund is not permissible for any reason, the reasons shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing so that the petitioner may take his remedies. 5.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is thus disposed of in terms of the above.
