By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.332/2022 dated 27.10.2022 under Sections 324/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at PS: Chandni Mahal, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.12.2025 entered into between the petitioner and the respondent no.2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars regarding the other dispute(s) inter se the parties herein. 3.
