1. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder seeks to withdraw the petition as he states that the decree has been set aside in appeal. Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor points out that a sum of Rs.3,39,704/- was deposited with the Registry of this Court towards part satisfaction of the decree and thereafter withdrawn by the Decree Holder. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the aforesaid sum will be paid to the Judgment Debtor within a period of four weeks from today. It is so directed.
