After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application. He, however, submits that the applicant, who is a foreign national, is languishing in jail for last two years and there are already several significant contradictions in the testimony of the witnesses examined so far. He submits that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the trial and in case, it is not expedited, the applicant be given liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed.
