% 01.12.2017 CRL.REV.P. 347/2011 & CRL.M.A. 15479/2017 In the previous order on 15.09.2017, it was recorded that respondent No. 2 Jagdish had passed away on 9.5.2017. The death certificate had been annexed along with the application. There is no other respondent in the case nor was there another accused in the proceedings which culminated in the impugned order. In the circumstances, nothing survives in the matter. The case is dismissed as having abated.
