% 25.02.2016 Vide order dated January 11, 2016, the matter was transferred to the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Court for March 23, 2016.

This matter has now been listed before this Court in view of the office noting dated February 23, 2016 stating that a settlement agreement dated January 15, 2016 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. I have seen the settlement agreement dated January 15, 2016. The terms of settlement includes withdrawal of the present suit. The same is upon receipt of the entire settlement amount, which includes second instalment of Rs.10 Lacs, to be paid by the second party to the first party on

or before March 31, 2016.

There is no appearance for the plaintiff, possibly for the reason that the counsel for the plaintiff is not aware of the listing of the matter today. Since a date of March 23, 2016 has been given for appearance of the parties before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Court, a date before March 31, 2016, let parties appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Court as scheduled as this court is of the view, that, the Ld.
