% 13.05.2015 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 8th April, 2015. In terms of the settlement petitioner has paid `2.5 lacs to the complainant today in Court through demand draft. Petitioner has also returned passport, election identification card and aadhar card of complainant to her.

Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the

sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned police station.
