The petitioner impugns order dated 25.01.2014, whereby, the revision petition, filed by the petitioner, impugning order dated 06.02.2013 of the Trial Court granting exemption to the respondent complainant, was dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that the original complaint has already been dismissed by order dated 02.06.2018 of the Trial Court.

In view of the fact that the complaint has already been dismissed, nothing survives in the petition.
