% 08.08.2019 Vide impugned order of 26th February, 2018 maintenance has been granted to petitioners in proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. In the instant petition enhancement in the quantum of maintenance is sought. Despite last order, steps to serve respondent have not been taken. None had appeared on behalf of petitioners on the last date of hearing. Even today, none appears on behalf of petitioners on the second call. It appears that petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing this petition.

Accordingly, this petition and applications are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
