Notice in the petition was issued on 25th April, 2018. 3.
Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 has reverted with instructions. Learned counsel concedes that no hearing in the review petition has taken place after 14th July, 1995.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no. 1 to dispose of the review petition at the earliest, though, not later than six weeks from today. A copy of the order passed by the respondent no.1 will be furnished to the petitioner. The petitioner will be accorded personal hearing qua which a written notice will be issued to the petitioner. The respondent no.1, will pass a speaking order after hearing the petitioner.

Since, huge time gap exists between the passing of the order and the filing of the review petition, the respondent no. 1 is requested to take into account subsequent facts and circumstances which may have arisen, provided they are material and necessary for the disposal of the review petition.
