CRL.M.C. 1578/2016 Last order perused. This court vide order of 4th September, 2015 had quashed the proceedings in RC No. 1 (E)/1997-SIU(X)/CBI/New Delhi, while observing that continuance of proceedings arising out of RC in question qua petitioner is unwarranted. However, in the operative paragraph of the order of 4th September, 2015, this RC and the proceedings emanating therefrom have been quashed. CRL.M.C. 1578/2016

Order of 4th September, 2015 needs no clarification as the quashing of the proceedings in this RC was qua Joginder Singh Logani. Needless to say that, proceedings in RC in question against coaccused Suresh Kumar Pathrela shall continue. With aforesaid clarification, this application is disposed of.
