By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 39/2015 under Sections 420/406/468/471/506 IPC registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No. 2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has brought to the notice of this Court order dated 13th May, 2016 passed by this Court in Crl. M.C. No. 1847/2016 wherein this Court dismissed the petition seeking W.P.(CRL) 1174/2018

quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of compromise for the reason public land was involved. This fact has not been mentioned in the present petition.
