% 14.12.2018 CM APPL.52476/2018 in MAC. APP.364/2018 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be given some time to deposit the balance amount in term of order dated 09.10.2018 with the Registrar General of this court.

The prayer is allowed.

The appellant is directed to deposit the balance amount within six weeks in term of order dated 09.10.2018 with the Registrar General of this court. Once the amount is deposited, the same be released in favour of the claimants in the ration and manner indicated in the Award. The application is disposed of accordingly.
