% 08.07.2016 File taken up today as 07.7.2016 was declared a holiday. The petitioner is admittedly not the owner of the suit property. He is a tenant in the suit property. Learned counsel for the respondents filed a reply affidavit. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to this petition, a show cause notice as to why demolition be not carried was issued by the Departments on 01.04.2016 pursuant to which a demolition order was passed on 19.04.2016. On 04.07.2016, substantial demolition action has been taken. Copies of the photographs evidencing this fact have been placed on record. This fact has been confirmed by S.I. Jaivir Singh who is present from P.S. Mahendra Park who had also assisted in these demolition proceedings.

Nothing survives in this petition. It is disposed of. INDERMEET KAUR, J JULY 08, 2016
